Hammered Aluminium with Banana Plant

Planter Height 750mm x Radius 550mm. Planted Height approx 1650mm.  Planted Weight approx 100 kilos.  These hammered Alluminium Planters are each individually crafted.  The planters are extremely strong and sit on top of a thick moulded base which has 4 wheels so that it can be moved easily.  Due to the process of hammering by hand during production small blemishes should be expected with this product.   

The Banana Plant (also known as Musa Basjoo or Hardy Japanese Banana) is the most exotic architectural plant of them all.  Mature stems can produce tiny bunches of bananas which are green and inedible.  For the best colour green choose a spot in light shade, give vast amounts of water during the summer months and ensure that it is not exposed to strong winds. Sit back and watch it grow in front of your eyes! Once the ends of the leaves become brown or dishevelled it s prudent to trim the huge leaves with a pair of large scissors to maintain appearance. Once the leaf is beyond trimming it should be removed at the trunk with a sharp knife as previous leafs have been.
