We are also happy to dispatch our pots/planters and accessories to any overseas destination. The cost will be dependent upon size, weight, quantity, destination and the speed with which you require the items. Customers should contact us directly for a quote. We regularly deliver "Complete Solutions" to Continental Europe.
Standard delivery items will be dispatched directly from our warehouse and be with you within 5 working days. You will be notified of the date and will be able to rearrange if necessary. If you are not around on an agreed date we reserve the right to charge you for re-delivery.
Due to the unique size and weight of some of our products we often need to contact you to discuss the delivery options available.
Items will require a signature. Please check your items for damage to packaging during transit and note this with the delivery driver. For palletised orders a large vehicle may be used so please note any special delivery instructions i.e. restricted access or that you live on a busy road, steps etc. Please contact us to discuss any issues that you may have.
For orders of "Pots & Planters Only" and dependent on their size we may use third party couriers.

If you have ordered a bespoke item/colour this will have to be manufactured and hand finished to your specification. Dependent on production schedules we aim to deliver these items within 14 days, some may be within 28 days.

Delivery and installation of our "Complete Solutions" by one of our trained technicians is included in the price.* Once you have placed your order we will contact you by phone to arrange a covenient delivery date. Dependent on production schedules we aim to deliver these items within 14 days, some may be within 28 days.
We aim to ensure a smooth, professional, clean and efficient service from the sourcing of products through transit to delivery and installation. Our technicians clean up afterwards taking all packaging away for correct disposal or re-use. Due to the size and weight of some of our solutions it is necessary to plant them on-site. Where this is the case we will inform you in advance.
Returns/Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before your order has begun to be processed.
If you are ordering a bespoke item or individual colour then you are unable to cancel this order once the production process has begun.
In the rare event that an item arrives faulty or damaged please contact us within 24hrs of receipt and we will arrange a replacement. The item must be inspected at the time of delivery and any damage caused during transit recorded on the delivery note with the courier company. If the delivery is made by Lucey Of London you will be asked to inspect the items at the time of delivery by our driver.
If for any other reason you are unhappy with any item, please return the item(s) along with a completed returns form within 14 days of receiving the goods. Providing the item(s) are still in a completely saleable condition and in their original packaging, we will issue a full refund.
Refunds will be issued to the card which was used to place the order once we have received the item(s) back in our warehouse in saleable order.
Please note that we will not refund the initial delivery charges except if the item(s) are being returned due to damage or a fault.
The cost of returning goods is your responsibility and the item(s) are your responsibility until they arrive at the warehouse. We therefore recommend using a recorded delivery service for returns.
